Download & fill out the order form
Complete the form with the following information:
- Product + item #
- Size or style
- Select your color option (2 colors for dual toned items)
- Select the quantities (make sure to meet MOQs)
- Submit order request for invoicing to orders@smdandco.com
- Pay your invoice upon receipt & await your custom creations
- (allow 2-4 weeks depending on order size)
- Make sure to upload or send any graphics needed for your order when you submit. We will confirm your designs before we create or send for any custom fabric printing.
